Terms of Service

The service

Reviewcast is a notification tool that watches public reviews on the Apple App Store and Google Play and posts them to the Slack channels you configure. We do not modify, host, or publish reviews — we relay publicly-available content to your team.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity of users you invite. Reviewcast may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or use the service in ways that harm the stores, reviewers, or other Reviewcast customers.

Billing and payment

Paid plans are sold and billed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. This means Lemon Squeezy — not Reviewcast — handles the transaction, calculates and remits applicable sales tax, VAT, and GST based on your billing location, and issues invoices and receipts. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

All plans start with a 14-day free trial. No charges occur until you explicitly add a payment method. Cancel any time from your settings — access continues through the end of the paid period.

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of your first paid charge if Reviewcast doesn’t work for you. Refund requests after that window are reviewed case by case. Email hello@reviewcast.co to request a refund — once approved, the refund is processed by Lemon Squeezy and typically returns to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Limitations

Reviewcast depends on the App Store RSS feed and Google Play for review data. We cannot guarantee instantaneous delivery or 100% completeness — if a store is down or changes its feed, delivery may lag or miss.

We don’t control what reviewers write. Reviewcast will faithfully relay review content as published; any offensive or problematic content should be reported to the store itself.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be emailed to the admin on file at least 14 days before taking effect.
