Privacy Policy

When you install Reviewcast to your Slack workspace, we store your Slack workspace ID, the bot access token, your authenticated user’s email and user ID, and the apps you choose to track.

For each app you track, we store the public review content published by the app stores (App Store and Google Play), including reviewer display names, review text, star ratings, and timestamps.

When you upgrade to a paid plan, billing-related information (name, billing address, payment method details, and transaction history) is collected directly by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. We receive a limited subset from Lemon Squeezy — your name, email, billing country, subscription status, and an opaque customer ID — to manage your subscription and issue receipts. We never see or store full payment card details.

Reviews are posted to the Slack channels you configure and made available in the Reviewcast dashboard you access at reviewcast.co. Reviews in languages other than English are translated via DeepL (a third-party service processing only the review text).

We do not sell your data. We do not use it to train models. We do not share it with advertisers.

Reviewcast relies on the following subprocessors to operate:

• Supabase — application database and authentication.
• Render — application hosting.
• Slack — delivery target for review notifications.
• DeepL — translation of non-English review text.
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and Merchant of Record. Handles checkout, billing, tax compliance, and refunds. See their Privacy Policy.

You can export or delete your tracked apps and configuration at any time from the dashboard. To request deletion of your account entirely, email hello@reviewcast.co. We respond within 14 days.

Billing records held by Lemon Squeezy may be retained separately by them for tax, accounting, and legal compliance purposes — see their privacy policy for details on requesting deletion of payment data.
