Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you connect Reviewcast to your workspace, we store your account identity (name, email, and authenticated user ID), your workspace settings, the delivery destinations you configure (Slack, Discord, Zendesk, email, or webhooks), and the apps you choose to track.

For each app you track, we store the public review content published by the app stores (App Store and Google Play) — reviewer display names, review text, star ratings, versions, countries, and timestamps.

When you upgrade to a paid plan, billing information (name, billing address, payment method, transaction history) is collected directly by Lemon Squeezy acting as Merchant of Record. We receive only a limited subset from Lemon Squeezy — your name, email, billing country, subscription status, and an opaque customer ID — to manage your subscription and issue receipts. We never see or store full payment-card details.

2. What we do with it

Reviews are delivered to the channels you configure and made available in the Reviewcast dashboard at reviewcast.co. Reviews in languages other than English are translated automatically (a third-party translation service processes only the review text). Sentiment, topic analysis, and AI reply drafts are generated by Anthropic’s Claude on your review data.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your workspace data to train models shared with other customers. We do not share it with advertisers.

3. Subprocessors

Reviewcast relies on the following subprocessors to operate:

Supabase — application database and authentication.

Render — application hosting.

DeepL — translation of non-English review text.

Anthropic — sentiment/topic analysis and AI reply drafts (review text only).

Resend — transactional and digest email delivery.

Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and Merchant of Record (checkout, billing, tax compliance, refunds).

A current list is available on request. Where you connect a delivery destination (Slack, Discord, Zendesk, a webhook, or an email address), review content is sent there at your direction.

4. Data retention

Review history is retained according to your plan. Account and configuration data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion, except where law requires longer retention. Billing records held by Lemon Squeezy may be retained separately by them for tax, accounting, and legal compliance — see their privacy policy for requesting deletion of payment data.

5. Your rights

You can export or delete your tracked apps and configuration at any time from the dashboard. To request deletion of your account entirely, email hello@reviewcast.co. We respond within 14 days.
