Every country · every language

Your users are already telling you.

They write down what your product should do next. It arrives in dozens of languages, at all hours — so most of it gets skipped. Reviewcast clears everything out of the way, so listening is the easy part.

AI reply drafts

Answer without leaving the thread.

Reviews arrive with a draft written in the reviewer's own language, shaped by a brand voice you set. Regenerate for another tone, edit anything, then post it publicly to the App Store or Google Play — from Slack or the dashboard. Drafts never send themselves; a person always submits. Available on Team and Studio.

Analytics

Know how your apps are actually doing.

Rating trends by store, country, and version, with sentiment and topics computed on arrival — plus up to five competitor apps tracked beside your own, on every plan. Rating-drop alerts fire when your average slips past a threshold you set, and if someone quietly edits a review you've already seen, you hear about that too.

FAQ

A few things people ask.

Which stores are supported?

Public apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play, across many country storefronts and dozens of locales. Reviews are translated into your language on arrival.

Do I need store API credentials?

Not to start. Search for your app by name and reviews begin arriving — monitoring needs no connection to App Store Connect or the Play Console. Credentials are only required later, if you want to post public replies from Reviewcast.

How fast do reviews arrive?

Within minutes of being published. Reviewcast polls the stores continuously and delivers as soon as a new review is detected.

How does translation work?

Reviews in any language are translated automatically on arrival — included on every plan, with the original text always one click away.

Can I route by rating or keyword?

Yes. Send 1-stars to an urgent channel, 5-stars to a wins channel, filter by keyword, or split by store and country — each destination has its own independent rules, and any channel can be paused without deleting it.

Is there a free trial?

Every plan includes a 14-day free trial of the full product. Payment details are only needed if you choose to continue.
